Sabrina Carpenter has soared to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 with her latest single, “Manchild,” marking her first song to debut directly at No. 1 and her second overall chart-topping hit following “Please Please Please” in June 2024.
The track is the lead single from her upcoming seventh studio album, Man’s Best Friend, set for release on August 29, 2025, via Island Records.
“Manchild” has garnered massive streaming success, accumulating over 27 million streams shortly after its June 5 release, alongside strong sales figures.
The song’s success continues Carpenter’s impressive streak, with four of her tracks reaching the Hot 100 Top 10, including “Taste” (No. 2) and “Espresso” (No. 3).
