Is Ed Sheeran turning into a fitness influencer?
The Shape of You singer, 34, had fans doing a double take after posting a hilarious TikTok on March 30, trolling viral fitness star Ashton Hall’s intense morning routine.
“Everyone saying I look like I’m aging in reverse. Here’s my morning routine. #saratoga #realblokesdopilates #NewMusic,” Sheeran captioned the post, set to his upcoming single Azizam.
In the clip, Sheeran wakes up at 6:40 a.m. with a guitar conveniently beside him before plunging his face into ice-cold Saratoga Spring Water.
From there, he launches into an extreme workout, gets a massage, and even rubs clementine peels on his skin (a spoof of Hall’s banana peel facial). He wraps it all up by brushing his teeth with hot sauce and making a list of “side quests” — all before 8:11 a.m.
Ed Sheeran’s Tattoos Steal the Show in Viral Video
While fans were entertained by the satire, many were more fixated on something else: Sheeran’s fully inked chest, back, and arms.
“I always forget he’s actually fully tatted,” one follower commented, while another admitted, “How did I not know that Ed Sheeran was TATTEDDDD?”
Sheeran previously discussed his tattoos in an October 2024 GQ interview, revealing that his ink collection includes a “Red” tribute to Taylor Swift and footprints of his children, Lyra and Jupiter.
Ed Sheeran’s Next Five Albums Already Planned
Aside from TikTok antics, Sheeran is deep in the studio working on new music.
During a recent Tonight Show appearance with Jimmy Fallon, the Grammy winner revealed that he already has the names lined up for his next five albums. The latest, titled Play, continues his trend of mathematically inspired titles.
Sheeran also admitted that his long-term album vision was inspired by filmmaker Quentin Tarantino. “I wanted to do 10. I’m kind of a bit obsessed with Tarantino,” he shared.
With new music on the way and viral moments to spare, Ed Sheeran is keeping fans entertained — and guessing what he’ll do next.
