Lana Del Rey isn’t holding anything back!
At the 2025 Stagecoach Festival on April 25, the “Summertime Sadness” singer surprised fans with a brand-new song called “57.5,” where she revealed a juicy secret — she once kissed country star Morgan Wallen!
Before singing the song, Lana, 39, told the crowd, “This will be the last time I’m ever going to say this line.” Then she sang, “I kissed Morgan Wallen / I guess kissing me kind of went to his head / If you want my secret to success / I suggest don’t go ATVing with him when you’re out west.”
The song, which also seems to reference her 57.5 million monthly Spotify listeners, didn’t stop there. Lana shared even more personal details, singing about having a man who “really loves me” and is “a fan of mine.” She was most likely talking about her husband, Jeremy Dufrene, who she married in September 2024.
Fans were buzzing after the performance, wondering when Lana and Morgan Wallen shared that kiss. As of Saturday, April 26, Wallen’s team had not commented.
Lana and Jeremy’s love story is pretty sweet. PEOPLE confirmed that they tied the knot on September 26, 2024, in a simple and family-focused ceremony at the Louisiana bayou, where Jeremy works as a captain for Airboat Tours by Arthur. A source said it was a “beautiful, relaxed, and family focused wedding” that celebrated their special bond.
Even though they mostly keep their relationship private, Lana did post a cute photo earlier this month on Instagram. In the pic, she and Jeremy wore matching “Bride” and “Groom” hats. Lana captioned it, “This has been such a crazy nine months.”
Besides “57.5,” Lana has been busy dropping new music. She recently released two new singles, “Henry, Come On” and “Bluebird,” and during her Stagecoach set, she also performed two more fresh songs, “Husband of Mine” and “Quiet in the South.”
In an earlier interview with PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly, Lana shared that her new music has “taken on an Americana feel,” and she’s excited to see how fans react.
Looks like Lana’s new era is filled with romance, secrets, and a whole lot of heart!
