Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing legal action from two women who accuse him of sexually assaulting them in the late 1990s. The separate lawsuits, filed on February 4 in New York County’s Supreme Court, allege multiple.
Both women, identified as Jane Doe, were active in the hip-hop scene and frequently interacted with Combs. One Jane Doe claims she was sexually assaulted by Combs and his associates after being hired for a bottle service at his Hamptons home. She alleges that after consuming a drink, she became disoriented and was assaulted while Combs was present and nude. The woman also suspects that the incident was recorded but claims Combs refused to delete the footage.
In a different alleged event in New York City, Combs allegedly took the woman and a friend to the Trump Hotel, where they were held against their will, drugged, and coerced into participating in group sex. She claims the abuse lasted for several hours before they were allowed to leave the next day.
The second Jane Doe’s lawsuit mirrors these claims, stating that Combs subjected her to physical and sexual abuse at various events, including a party at the Limelight nightclub. She also alleges being drugged and coerced into participating in group sex.
The women are suing for damages under the New York City Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act, seeking compensation for physical injuries, emotional distress, and other harm. They are also requesting punitive damages.
Combs’ legal team denies the allegations, calling them “ridiculous” and asserting their confidence in the judicial process, emphasizing that Combs never engaged in any abuse.
These lawsuits follow a similar claim earlier on the same day by a male accuser who alleges that Combs drugged him at a 2015 party in Los Angeles. Combs is currently incarcerated awaiting trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges, with his court date set for May 5.
